Shrimp pasta recipes


 Garlic Shrimp Pasta:


Ingredients:

8 oz (225g) pasta (linguine or spaghetti works well)

1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped



Instructions:

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Add shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.

Add cooked pasta to the skillet with the shrimp and toss to combine, allowing the pasta to absorb the flavors. If the pasta seems too dry, you can add a splash of pasta cooking water.

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped





Instructions:

Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.

Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth, creating a creamy sauce.
