2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup chicken broth or water
2 tablespoons curry powder (adjust according to taste)

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (adjust according to spice preference)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Heat the vegetable oil or ghee in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.
