Simple recipe for making tea and boiled eggs:

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • Water
  • Tea leaves or tea bags
  • Optional: Milk, sugar, or any other desired tea additives


Instructions:

  1. Boil Water: Fill a pot with enough water to cover the eggs completely. Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
  2. Boil Eggs: Once the water is boiling, carefully add the eggs to the pot using a spoon to prevent cracking. Lower the heat to a gentle simmer. Let the eggs simmer for about 9-12 minutes, depending on how well-done you prefer your eggs (9 minutes for soft-boiled, 12 minutes for hard-boiled).
  3. Prepare Tea: While the eggs are boiling, prepare your tea. Bring water to a boil in a kettle or pot. Place the tea leaves or tea bags into a teapot or cup. Pour the hot water over the tea leaves or tea bags. Let it steep according to your preference (typically 2-5 minutes).
  4. Peel Eggs: After the eggs have boiled for the desired time, remove them from the pot using a spoon and transfer them to a bowl of cold water. Let them cool for a minute or two, then gently tap and roll each egg on a hard surface to crack the shell. Peel off the shell under cold running water.
  5. Serve: Once the eggs are peeled and your tea is ready, serve them together. Enjoy your tea and boiled eggs as a simple and satisfying breakfast or snack!
