FULLY LOADED CHEESE PIZZA

Recipe for a fully loaded cheese pizza:

Ingredients:

1. Pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
2. 1 cup pizza sauce
3. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6. 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
7. 1/2 cup sliced black olives
8. 1/4 cup sliced red onions
9. 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers (any color you prefer)
10. 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
11. 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
12. 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional, if you like it spicy)
13. Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
14. Olive oil for brushing

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza peel or a parchment-lined baking sheet if you don't have a pizza stone.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Then layer on the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Arrange the pepperoni slices, black olives, red onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and jalapeños (if using) over the cheese.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the toppings to help them brown and crisp up in the oven.
Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven, either by sliding it onto the pizza stone or placing the baking sheet directly on the oven rack.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, then slice and serve hot. Enjoy your fully loaded cheese pizza!
